Ingredients
  • 2 cup Beet Greens
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the beet greens, green beans, tomato, and onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add beet greens, tomato, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
