Ingredients
  • 15 ounce Cannellini beans
  • 2 cup Tomatoes
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until onion is translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, until tomatoes are softened.
  3. Add cannellini beans and spinach to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
