  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Mint
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
