Preheat the grill.

Grill the veggie patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Toast the burger buns on the grill.

Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

Place a veggie patty on top of the sauce.

Add lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles.

Cover with the top half of the bun.
