  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet.
  9. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  12. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
