Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Add the mashed bananas, coconut milk, coconut oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Fold in the shredded coconut.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
