  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them with the marinade.
  5. Place the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu cubes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
