  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the summer squash into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the squash rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the squash rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the squash rounds.
