Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  6. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  7. Transfer the potato mixture to the baking dish and press it down firmly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
