Ingredients
  • 2 cup Sushi Rice
  • 4 sheet Nori Sheets
  • 2 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 1 cup Radish Sprouts
  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Wasabi
Instructions
  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cut avocado, cucumber, and carrot into thin strips.
  3. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  4. Spread a layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Arrange avocado, cucumber, carrot, radish sprouts, and cashew nuts on top of the rice.
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  7. Slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
