  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a blender, blend the avocados, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the avocado mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with lime zest.
