Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into 4-5 thick slices.

In a shallow dish, whisk the egg. In another shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Dip each avocado slice into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated avocado slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

While the avocado fries are baking, prepare the habanero ketchup. Finely chop the habanero pepper and mix it with the tomato ketchup.
