  4. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and vegan butter. Mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apricot mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
