Ingredients
  • 4 medium-sized Potato
  • 3 medium-sized Tomato
  • 2 small-sized Onion
  • 2 small-sized Green Chili
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  7. Add the chopped potatoes and salt. Mix well.
  8. Add water and cover the pan. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  9. Once the potatoes are cooked, add garam masala powder and mix well.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
