Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add cauliflower, potatoes, and peas. Mix everything together.

Add water, cover the pan, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
