Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Agar powder
  • 2 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine agar powder, instant coffee powder, sugar, and water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until agar powder and sugar are fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in coconut milk.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual molds or a large dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled.
