Add tomatoes, red bell pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add spinach and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in peanut butter and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
