Ingredients
  • 250 gram Green Beans
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add cumin seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add grated coconut and sauté until it turns golden brown.
  5. Add turmeric powder, salt, and boiled green beans. Mix well.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
