Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Potato
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 4 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, cauliflower, and peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  4. Add ketchup and water. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
