  • 2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Vegetables (optional)
Instructions
  1. Rinse the 8 grain mix under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  3. Add the rinsed grain mix to the boiling water and reduce heat to low.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the grains are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
