  • 8 sheet Rice paper sheets
  • 200 gram Carrot
  • 200 gram Cucumber
  • 200 gram Red bell pepper
  • 20 gram Mint leaves
  • 20 gram Basil leaves
  • 8 leaf Lettuce leaves
  • 4 teaspoon Sweet chili sauce
Instructions
  1. Prepare the vegetables by julienning the carrot, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
  2. Fill a large bowl with warm water and dip one rice paper sheet at a time until it becomes pliable.
  3. Place the rice paper sheet on a flat surface and arrange lettuce leaves, followed by the julienned vegetables, mint leaves, and basil leaves.
  4. Roll the rice paper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve the rolls with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
