This is vegan, gluten free and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 20 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together over low heat.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
  10. Serve with yogurt or milk for breakfast or enjoy as a healthy snack.
