In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add olive oil and water, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Grease a baking sheet and transfer the dough onto it.

Press your fingertips into the dough to create dimples.

Drizzle olive oil over the dough, and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
