In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, coconut milk, water, and salt to make a smooth batter.

Heat a string hopper maker or a steamer with string hopper molds.

Fill the molds with the batter and press it to form thin noodles.

Steam the string hoppers for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.

Remove the string hoppers from the molds and serve hot.

Garnish with grated coconut.
