Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
