Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

Add ground chicken and cook until browned.

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add carrots, cucumber, and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
