Paleo Nutella
Nutella was created in the 1940s by an Italian pastry maker named Pietro Ferrero during World War II when cocoa was scarce and he needed a spreadable chocolate alternative.
This is vegan, gluten free, low carb and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 15 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 6.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.

Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Rub the hazelnuts in a clean kitchen towel to remove the skins.

In a blender or food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they become a smooth butter-like consistency.

Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Transfer the Paleo Nutella to a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
