Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chickpea flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a small portion of the sweet potato mixture and shape it into a patty.

Place the patties in the frying pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the patties from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
