In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add olive oil, tahini, and warm water. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough back into the mixing bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Punch down the dough to release any air bubbles. Shape it into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
