Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
