Burmese rolls, also known as spring rolls, are a popular street food in Myanmar (Burma). They are often enjoyed as a snack or appetizer.

Soak the rice vermicelli noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Julienne the carrot, cabbage, and tofu.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the tofu until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, stir-fry the carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts for 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable. Place it on a clean surface.

Place a small amount of rice vermicelli noodles, stir-fried vegetables, tofu, mint leaves, and cilantro leaves in the center of the rice paper sheet.

Fold the sides of the rice paper sheet over the filling, then roll it up tightly.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve the Burmese rolls hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
