Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, coconut oil, maple syrup, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
