Wash and scrub the potatoes. Slice them into rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a large bowl, toss the potato rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the rounds are crispy and golden brown.
