Peel and slice the carrots.

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots until tender.

In the same saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, butter, salt, and black pepper.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until it thickens slightly.

Add the cooked carrots to the saucepan and toss to coat them in the glaze.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are glazed and heated through.
