Crackers were originally created as a way to preserve bread dough and extend its shelf life.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, dried herbs, and salt.

Add the olive oil and water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut the dough into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.

Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
