Little Turbans
Little Turbans, also known as ‘Aloo Bonda’ in India, are a popular street food snack. They are called ‘Little Turbans’ due to their unique shape resembling a turban, a traditional headgear worn in many cultures.

Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Peel and mash them.

Finely chop the onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, bread crumbs, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into small turbans.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the little turbans until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
