Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, ground cinnamon, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in raisins and dried cranberries.
