Homemade Sweet Crackers
Crackers were originally created as a way to preserve bread dough by baking it twice, resulting in a crispy and long-lasting snack.
This is vegan recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 6.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the vanilla extract and milk to the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters.

Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
