This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and ground cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted.

Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure everything is coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, add the dried apple slices and mix well.

Store in an airtight container.
