Sprouts & Cauliflower Medley
Brussels sprouts are a great source of vitamins C and K, as well as fiber.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
