Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, but still slightly chunky.

Add the lime juice, red onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic, and jalapeno to the bowl. Mix well.
