In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, ground cinnamon, and raisins.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add honey and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.

Pour the coconut oil mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add almond milk gradually, stirring until the mixture becomes sticky.

Press the mixture into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the slice to set.
