In a bowl, combine tangerine juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and chopped cilantro.

Whisk until well combined.

Place the protein of your choice (such as tofu, chicken, or shrimp) in a ziplock bag.

Pour the marinade over the protein, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Remove the protein from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the protein until cooked through, about 4-6 minutes per side.
