BBQ Tempeh and Mushroom Kebabs
Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian soy product that is made by fermenting soybeans. It has a nutty flavor and a firm texture, making it a popular meat substitute in vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Cut the tempeh, mushrooms, bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the tempeh, mushrooms, bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread the marinated ingredients onto skewers.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
