Congo Tofu
Tofu, also known as bean curd, is believed to have originated in China over 2,000 years ago.
This is vegan, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

Slice the bell peppers and onions.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.

Add onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add tofu cubes.

Cook the tofu for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Mix everything together and add soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt.

Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
