In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.

Add carrots and edamame, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add rice noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with cilantro, bean sprouts, green onions, basil leaves, mint leaves, and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
