Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
