  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
