Ingredients
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and onion turns translucent.
  3. Add sliced zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add cooked rice to the other side.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, combining the rice and vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, adjust according to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
