Ingredients
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 8 ounce Pasta
  • 1 cup Sungold Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 4 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Basil
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add zucchini and corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
  4. Stir in sungold tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, basil, and parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
